Sharjah: The fourth RAK Aviation Indian Basketball League Tournament will kick off on Friday at Sharjah's Al Shaab Indoor Hall at 5pm.

On Friday in the men's division Zeroz will meet Miracles Twelve followed by an under-13 boy's match between G.Tech and DPS-Dubai and a women's match between Pink Ladies and DPS-Sharjah. The fourth match will be between Hoopers-Dubai and All Stars-Dubai at 9pm.

Twenty-eight teams are competing in the two-month long tournament. Defending champions City Fives supported by J.Mart is grouped in pool-A of the men's division along with the title sponsor's team RAK Aviation. EPM Stars, DPS, Sharjah, Dominion and DPS Dubai are the other men's division teams in Pool A. The Hoofbeatz Hustlers are grouped in Pool B along with Hoopers-Dubai, Zeroz- Dubai, All Stars, Miracles 12 and City Stars- Sharjah.

The teams vying for the women's division title are defending champions Blade Watches-Dubai, InSportz Arabian Gazelles; the Pink Ladies-Dubai; Delhi Private School- Sharjah and The Millennium School-Dubai.

In the under-13 boys' division Dubai Modern High School, Delhi Private School-Sharjah, New Indian Model School, Sharjah and Our Own Indian School, Dubai are grouped in Pool A. In Pool B, Emirates National School-Sharjah will face G.Tech-Dubai and Delhi Private School-Dubai.

The Millennium School-Dubai, Dubai Modern High School, Delhi Private School-Sharjah and Delhi Private School-Dubai are the teams taking part in the under-13 girls division league.
