Cash back points

I hold a Titanium credit card from Standard Chartered bank. I was promised cash back points for my transactions. I had made sure that I spend to earn these cash back points and my repayments are always in full and on time. I held the card for more than six months and have not received a single cash back point. I raised the complaint with the bank on June 28, and I was told it would be resolved in 48 hours. It’s been four months now and there has been no reply from the bank. I have a dedicated relationship manager, but he couldn’t help me in this regard. I have escalated the issue to a higher level but nothing has happened. Why does the bank have to publish/advertise cash back offers for credit card when they cannot keep that promise? It really hurts every time I call the bank and get no positive response. Kindly help me sort this out with the bank.

I received a call from Standard Chartered that a email will be sent to me to clarify the cash back points. I thank Gulf News for this great help.
