Dubai: Filipinos in Dubai and the northern emirates who are unable to visit the Philippine labour office during the week can do so this Friday (June 23).
Philippine Labour Attache Felicitas Bay said the labour office in Al Ghusais will be open from 9am to 2pm to accommodate those who can’t come on regular days.
The special service is not dependent on when the Eid Al Fitr holiday starts.
Around 200 people can be accommodated, which is also the daily number of clients handled by the office, Bay said.
Services include employment contract verification for housemaids, overseas employment certificate processing, and other membership services from the labour office’s attached agencies such as the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, Social Security System, and Pag-Ibig.
