Ajman: Visitors to the Ajman beach made the grisly find of a Pakistani man’s decomposed body floating in the water recently, police said.
They reported the incident to the police’s operations room and police transferred the body to the hospital for an autopsy.
During investigation, police found the deceased man’s car parked near the beach and his identity documents inside. He used to work as an imam in a local mosque.
Police said the deceased expatriate was from Ras Al Khaimah and there was a missing report about him filed four days before by his family. The family identified the body.
