it was the same case with one of our relatives. He has worked here more than 4 yrs in UAE, later he was deported because his medical report shows old TB scars. We met the doctor who examined him, he said it was as per the new rule even though it is not harmful, they were also trying to convince the health authority. we 've been waiting more than one year expecting that this new rule may be relaxed.

The authorities need to have a relook at these cases. Finally it has come to light. I know a lot of people who have been a victim of this ruling. Families have to suffer and I hope the Government looks at this favorably.

After spending 4 years in Gulf, I was denied residency visa on account of this problem of lung scars. The doctors at Al Muhaisnah Clinic admitted that I have no health issues but due to regulation they cannot give a fit report ... I humbly request the authorities to have a look at this ruling.....Thanks

A person who is suspected of having TB is told to undergo a TB blood test and a sputum test. Probably he tested positive for one of those.

Having stayed in Dubai for 40 years and only now he has been detected of having an old TB scar? then their must be something wrong with the system in the health care screening.
