Manama: Two policemen in Bahrain are to face disciplinary action after they were caught racing their patrol cars on the first day of Ramadan.
An eyewitness was reportedly shocked to see the official vehicles racing around the town of Isa, south of Manama.
The witness called the traffic authorities who arrested the policemen, according to the Bahraini daily Akhbar Al Khaleej.
Initial findings from the investigation show that the race between the two men covered two highways and an avenue located near the traffic authority offices.
