Dubai: Filipino boxing legend Manny Pacquiao and wife Jinkee were in seventh heaven on Thursday as they visited the world’s first seven star hotel, the Burj Al Arab in Jumeirah, Dubai.

The Philippines’ answer to Posh and Becks popped in for dinner at the Al Mahara seafood restaurant, which is surrounded by a floor to ceiling aquarium located on the ground floor of the iconic landmark hotel.

Following their trek up the top of the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa in Downtown Dubai on Tuesday, this was another opportunity for the celebrity couple to take a breather during a hectic week-long visit to the emirate.

Former eight division world boxing champion Pacquiao is in Dubai with his Philippines Basketball Association (PBA) side Mahindra Enforcers who will play Alaska Aces in a PBA Philippines Cup tie at Al Wasl Club from 7pm on Friday.

Pacquiao cancelled public engagements on Thursday including a visit to Go Sport at Mall of the Emirates and a PBA pre-match press conference in Garhoud's Jumeirah Creekside Hotel because he was "feeling under the weather".
