INGREDIENTS

170g chicken breast
20g yogurt
15ml cream
15g tomato
5g salt
5g crushed pepper
5g chilli green
5g ginger
15g onion
5g garlic
50ml vegetable oil

Garnish   
10g ginger
10g coriander

PREPARATION

1. Heat oil and sauté garlic. Use slow fire when cooking.

2. Add crushed tomatoes and onion and sauté it.

3. Add salt, turmeric powder, crushed pepper and stir together.

4. Add boneless chicken and cook until chicken is tender.

5. Include beaten yogurt and spices and stir fry.

6. Add finely sliced ginger and julienne green chillies. Mix.

7. Add fresh cream.

8. Garnish with ginger and green chillies and serve.
