You may have found some favourites from our selection here, but if you’re hitting the stores in search of bargains, make sure you’re prepared with these top tips from top UAE-based stylist Dina Yassin. She shops for a living, so we reckon she knows a thing or two about getting a good deal.
Always dress comfortably and under clothes that are easy to change.
Sales shopping requires a lot of time and energy on your feet, so make sure you’re wearing good shoes that’ll help you last throughout the day.
For the first day of the sale, shop early as you are likely to find the best selection of items, and everything will probably be more organised.
For the best prices, shop on the last few days of the sale as discounts tend to increase by then in order to get rid of the remaining merchandise.
Check your items properly before buying anything.
Always know what you want, and prepare a path of which stores you want to visit. Make sure you try on everything and trust what you see in the mirror.
Finally, just because it’s on sale doesn’t mean that it’s a bargain. Always ask yourself whether you would make this purchase if it was not reduced.
