The perfect ingredients for a balanced life are awareness, gratefulness, simplicity and patience.

Yoga says being aware is the first step to balance. Deriving from our past and planning the future are important, but the most important is living in the present.

In yoga, we believe that life is like a prayer and gratitude is essential. Appreciating what life has to offer and allowing yourself to experience new things is life. And it is one of the best gifts you can give to yourself. Gratitude brings peace of mind and happiness.

Simplicity helps us create a perfect life balance. The more we complicate the equation of life, the tougher it becomes to balance it.

Finally, patience. Postures in yoga are designed to teach you patience. Sthira sukam asanam, means stability and wellbeing in a posture. To be stable you need patience. Using these ingredients, let us bring out the best flavour in our lives.
