Wingstop, the Dallas, Texas, based chicken wing chain, set up shop in Dubai last week, serving wings with in 11 flavours — Atomic, Mango Habanero, Cajun, Original Hot, Louisiana Rub, Mild, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, and Teriyaki. Organic market at the Mall at World Trade Center Abu Dhabi

Produce from Mawasim Organic farm will be on sale at the city centre mall every Friday from 2-8pm on the ground floor. The market is due to add local artisans selling arts and crafts, jewellery and fashion in coming weeks.

O’Learys opens in Fujairah Mall

A non-alcoholic Irish sports bar created by a Swede is now open on the east coast. O’Learys, founded by Jonas Reinholdsson, a Swedish restaurateur who lived in Boston, has 100 outlets globally, including its first in the UAE, at Fujairah Mall, under the management of TIME Hotels Management, which plans to open more in the country. The 163-cover restaurant, due to open at the end of the year, will be linked to an indoor karting area and laser shooting gallery, and will serve classic sports bar food – burgers, buffalo wings, quesadillas, ribs, nachos and desserts; and of course there will be TVs to watch the game on.

Chocoholics: June is your month at Eataly

The Italian deli-restaurant-grocery is celebrating fancy Domori chocolate from May 31-June 17 with the launch of the range (they have a 100 per cent cocoa bar, for you hardcore types) and some unusual chocolate applications: Say, chocolate-filled burrata? That’s one of the dishes on the chocolate festival menu. Others include chocolate spaghetti with green beans and seafood; steak with spicy chocolate sauce; and a chocolate, gorgonzola and pear pizza. Dubai gets a Molten Me

Those who love the melting-middle cakes at the Abu Dhabi take-away no longer have to make a run to the capital: A sit-down restaurant opened last week at Al Wasl Vita. It serves the signature “molten” cakes in three flavours (white chocolate, chocolate and red velvet) in a jar with different flavours mixed into the bases — such as pistachio, peanut butter and coconut.
