Ingredients

Buff pastry, 150gm
Milk, 150ml
Rose water, 02ml
Sugar, 30gm
Pistachio slices, 05gm 
Whipped cream, 30gm
Almond slices,10gm
Raisins, 05gm   

Method

1. Cut the buff pastry into small cubes and bake in the oven

2. Heat the milk, add sugar and rose water and mix with the buff pastry. Place mixture on tray

3. Mix whipped cream until it becomes thick and use as topping

4. Sprinkle nuts on top and bake mixture in the oven for 15 minutes at 180C

5. Serve hot
