Uriah Heep to perform in Dubai
The hard rock band will take the stage on Nov 10
Heavy metal band Uriah Heep will perform for the first time in Dubai on November 10, at the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel.
The British group formed in 1969. Together with acts such as Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple, Uriah Heep ushered in a new era of rock. They’ve since become known for a distinct progressive metal style, and for hits such as Easy Livin’, Lady in Black, Sweet Lorraine, and July Morning.
The band has release 24 studio albums. Their latest, Totally Driven, was released in 2015.
UAE-based band Carl and the Reda Mafia will open their show in Dubai.
Early bird tickets to see Uriah Heep are available online, starting from Dh175 (regular) and Dh475 (VIP). The show is 21+ only.
