Abu Dhabi Flavours Festival
Celebrating the love of food, the festival will feature more than 100 food tents and street trucks by homegrown brands showcasing their unique food concepts, at Umm al Emarat Park, 2pm to midnight, until April 8. The highlight of the festival is the Flavours League competition, a head-to-head food competition that holds a prize of Dh5,000 in cash, running throughout the festival with the final playoff on April 7, at 9pm. Tabkhati (my recipe) contest provides an opportunity to home cooks to demonstrate culinary talent and a chance to win an ipad. Park entry Dh5.
