‘La Perle’ Dubai: First two shows sold out

The first two shows of La Perle, Dubai’s latest purpose-built attraction at Al Habtoor City, have sold out. Organisers said the August 31 and September 1 shows of the 1,300 have been completely snapped up for the Eid Al Adha weekend.

La Perle, conceptualised by legendary artistic director Franco Dragone’s company, is a 90-minute show featuring 65 artists performing never-seen-before stunts, including artists diving from heights of 25 metres and flying through the air. The story is inspired by Dubai’s cultural past and aspirational future, featuring three main characters who take audiences on a journey through time, combined with state-of-the-art theatre technology.

“It’s fantastic that we have sold out our first performances of La Perle, the excitement for the opening night on August 31 has swept the nation and it’s no wonder — this is truly the best show in the world and we can’t wait to share it with everyone,” said Craig Hartenstine, executive producer of La Perle.

La Perle shows are on twice a night, five days a week from Tuesday to Friday at 7pm and 9.30pm, and Saturday at 4pm and 7pm. Tickets start at Dh400.
