An Eid concert in Dubai this year will celebrate the best of India and Pakistan by hosting some of the two country’s biggest artists over two days. Indian singer Kailash Kher and Pakistan’s Shafqat Amanat Ali are the first two headliners announced for the event called MTV India Undivided, to be held on July 8 and 9 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
A full line-up will be announced at a later date.
“Through MTV India Undivided, we are trying to bring the finest of the music worlds together on one platform. This is the first time such a massive line-up of Indian and Pakistani artists will be performing live on stage”, said Sachin Gokhale, the vice-president and business head of IndiaCast Mena.
