Cairo Music Festival is returning to the UAE for a second edition on January 12 at du Arena in Yas Island.
The all-day fest will feature performances by The Voice judge Mohammad Hamaki, reggae group Sharmoofers, and singer Aida Al Ayoubi.
DJ Khalid Hussein and oud plater Mostafa Ghazal will also perform.
The family-friendly event first launched in the UAE in January of last year at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre, with the aim of bringing Egyptian talent to the forefront.
This year, organisers have added an Egyptian craft zone, where artists will sell handmade accessories and souvenirs.
