Reality singing competition Asia’s Singing Superstar will hold auditions in the UAE on Friday, September 11, at Zee Towers in Dubai Media City, from 9am. Registrations are now open on Zee TV Middle East’s Facebook page. There’s no age limit for participation.

Selected contestants from the UAE will then be trained by well-known singers in New Delhi, India, to compete in the studio rounds between October 15 and November 15.

The show, which will air from November 7 (every Saturday at 9.30pm) on Zee TV, will have 16 contestants from the three countries.

Pakistani singer Shafqat Amanat Ali and Indian composer-singer Shankar Mahadevan will be the judges.

The grand finale of the show will see famed Pakistani ghazal singer Ghulam Ali as a guest judge. Pakistani actor Ahsan Khan and Indian singer-composer Shweta Pandit will host the show.
