Having picked up organic dates, sweet juicy cherry tomatoes and fresh coriander leaves plucked straight from our earth, I’ve whipped up my favourite four-egg-white omelette dish with a couple of roasted dates and tomatoes, tossed in tangy green olives and shitake mushrooms, before finishing it off with plenty of fresh coriander leaves and a light Gouda cheese slice in the middle, for a vibrant and decadent flavour.

Sweet, tangy, earthy, packed with protein and love. Give it a whirl my friends!

Egg whites are around 18kcal each, packed with protein, which means keeping you fuller for a long day ahead. It has been my breakfast staple for a long time now, beating sugar-loaded granola or fruits which, despite having healthy tremendous benefits, do not sustain your hunger as long as protein does and are much higher in calorie content.

This is especially important when you are watching your weight or love to eat volume but without the added calories. A large portion keeps me going, hence, egg whites are a fantastic option any time of the day, tossed with your favourite veggies, herbs and condiments. This dish is approximately 220kcal in total.
