Dubai: To meet the treatment demand for rising allergy cases, which are normally triggered by environmental factors or genetics, the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has opened a dedicated clinic at Dubai Hospital.
Specialised services towards the treatment of nasal symptoms (a runny or blocked nose with repeated bouts of sneezing), eye symptoms (itching, excessive tears and red eyes) or those relating to the respiratory system, as well as food allergies, will be provided.
The clinic has the capacity to diagnose and manage a wide range of allergic conditions, serving 20 patients weekly.
This new service supports the DHA’s vision to provide comprehensive health services for a broad spectrum of diseases.
