Lower temperatures mean al-fresco nights are back on. Sho Cho Dubai opens this Thursday offering guests a chance to relax and unwind outdoors as the resident DJ spins the biggest 80’s tunes to kick start the weekend vibe. Guests can take advantage of the lounge’s extended happy hour from 6pm to 9pm on select beverages (Dh30).

Free health event in Dubai

Residents of Dubai can celebrate the beginning of cooler temperatures with Health, Wealth and Happiness at Fitness First, The Meadows. This free event brings together multiple fitness brands and service providers, all of whom promote a healthier, more active lifestyle. From salsa and reggaeton classes and hoola hoop sessions to chiropractor consults and dental consults, this event is free to attend. The first 50 families through the door receive free goodies.

Jumeirah introduced their new campaign of 90 experiences to enjoy summer in the UAE and #32 of the list looked interesting which is a spa treatment called ‘Float way from Stress’. Yup, sign us up for that one. Talise unveiled a floatation pool with increased levels of magnesium, a soak in which is supposed to be as beneficial as 8 hours of sleep.

Mexican Independence Day
