With Ramadan in full swing, finding the time to exercise isn't easy which is why Fit Inc. has their doors open 24/7 this Ramadan (yes that’s right – all day and night) so you don’t need to miss out on giving your body its’ essential dose of exercise and endorphins.
You can choose between two fitness deals for Dh500 per month; unlimited Calisthenics and Parkour classes or unlimited Cross Inc. (cross fit) classes. Both options include access to the gym.

Tried and Tested: Challenge yourself at Bounce’s X-park
Attention adrenaline hunters! Bounce has officially launched its X-Park Adventure Challenge Course.
The very first to open in the region, the new X-Park Adventure Challenge Course is over 330 square metres in size. The course is divided up over two floors and features over 20 elements, including a zip line, bouldering wall, a sea of pipes and so much more! Designed to offer different levels of difficulty. The aim of the game is to get from the start to the end of the course in the fastest way possible. There’s even some parkour!

Good deed of the week: Every Dirham Counts
A group of UAE-based professionals have launched a community initiative called ‘Every Dirham Counts’ in support of the Emirates Red Crescents ‘For Your Sake Somalia’ Campaign. The main activity for the campaign is an Iftar at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek on June 18 and tickets will be sold for Dh200. Iftar attendees will hear about the situation currently in Somalia from confirmed guest speakers. Proceeds from your iftar ticket will go to support the starving people in Somalia.
