Ingredients
2 cups peeled and chopped zucchini
½ a cup white sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic (more garlic can be added based on preference)
2 tbs tahini sauce
4 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs olive oil
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbs cumin powder
Dash of chili powder for garnish
Method
1. Blend all the ingredients in a high power blender until smooth
2. Remember to adjust any of the ingredients according to your taste. Some like to add more lemon juice. Add more zucchini for volume.
