Dubai: Shaikha Amina Bint Humaid Al Tayer, Chairperson of the Dubai Women’s Association, affirmed the UAE’s keenness on backing humanitarian work and assisting people all over the globe.
She added that the humanitarian charity campaign — which was launched by the association since September 15th and continues until the first week of October, in support of the Syrian people in their current predicament — is a vital step which reflects the country’s strategies in backing humanitarian causes.
The campaign also aims to provide aid to Syrian children during the harsh months of winter.
