‘Boombastic’ singer headlines after-party at Zero Gravity
They call him Mr Boombastic, say he’s fantastic. That’s probably why they’re bringing him back to Dubai. The artist famously known as Shaggy will perform on the closing night of Dubai International Film Festival (Diff), on December 16, at an after-party at Zero Gravity.
The American-Jamaican singer, known for songs such as Boombastic, Angel, Oh Carolina and It Wasn’t Me, has performed in the city a number of times.
Entry to the concert, organised by new Dubai events company 117 Live and digital content publisher theAudience, is invite-only and for those with closing-night gala tickets only. For tickets, go to dubaifilmfest.com. The festival’s dedicated customer care number is 363 FILM (3456).
