Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, has issued a law No. 3 for the year 2016 amending the law No 4 of 2003 on the establishment of Techno Park.
The law stipulates renaming Techno Park to National Industries Complex wherever mentioned in the law No 4 for 2003 and in any other effective laws.
The amendments come in line with the Dubai strategic plan to boost industry sector and to highlight the economic importance of the National Industries Complex in terms of attracting national and Gulf industrial leading investments as Dubai enjoys state-of-art infrastructures as well as providing incentives and privileges for investors.
The law is effective form the date of its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
