Dubai: Senior cybersecurity experts and IT leaders from across the globe will discuss about the latest developments in the IT security arena at the third Gulf Information Security Expo and Conference (Gisec) which opened in Dubai today and runs until April 28, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The experts will also explain how business strategies need to be evolved to effectively fight against increasing attacks.

Lieutenant General Dahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chairman of Police and General Security in Dubai, opened the conference.

Co-located with Gisec this year is the region’s first Gulf Enterprise Mobility Exhibition and Conference (Gemec), which will address the need of enterprises to embrace mobility. At the event, senior executives will discuss ways to identify, evaluate and source technology and mobility solutions to meet their current and future mobile requirements.
