Citrix, the provider of access infrastructure solutions, is again holding its iForum 2005 in Dubai on January 10.

This year's event will explain the role of IT solutions in overcoming business challenges while highlighting the benefits available to organisations through the Citrix access infrastructure.

In its third year in the Middle East, iForum 2005 will address a number of key topics including maximising access to centralised enterprise applications with existing/low bandwidth, application and data security, driving down total cost of ownership (TCO) and maximising return on investment (ROI), disaster recovery, business continuity and web applications.

"IT needs are on the rise in the Middle East and Citrix is at the forefront of access solutions in the region. Demonstrating our commitment towards the Middle East, iForum 2005 will be an informative event, showcasing the need for organisations to adopt an access strategy," said Antoine Aguado, regional manager, Citrix Systems Middle East.

"This year we plan to educate business leaders, CIOs, IT managers and technical personnel on how Citrix can save costs and improve IT application performance. This will be done through live demonstrations of the business benefits provided by the Citrix MetaFrame Access Suite."
