Abu Dhabi: The Ministry of Economy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, with publishing firm MyM Merchan, one of the partners of Spanish newspaper and website, ‘El Economista,’ to publish a special supplement about the UAE economy in print and on its website in both Spanish and English.
Mohammad Ahmad Bin Abdul Aziz Al Shehi, Undersecretary at the Ministry for Economic Affairs, said that the MoU is in line with the ministry’s commitment to support all efforts to strengthen the country’s reputation abroad and promote the UAE’s investment and economic environment, particularly in the emerging economies of Spain and Latin America. He added that last year, the Spanish publication issued a special report on the importance of the UAE as an investment and commercial player in the region. (WAM)
