Mohammad appoints new DIFC governor

Ruler of Dubai issues resolution appointing Abdullah Mohammad Saleh as new governor of Dubai International Financial Centre

Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, in his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai, issued a resolution appointing Abdullah Mohammad Saleh as the new governor of Dubai International Financial Centre.

The resolution will take effect from July 25, 2011. Previously, the position was held by Ahmad Humaid Al Tayer.
