Dubai: Russia is aiming to boost its exports of timber, with many Russian companies participating at the Dubai WoodShow 2018, a wood and furniture components exhibition being held from March 12-14.
Russia hosts a fourth of the world’s wood reserves, and represents 21 per cent of global lumber exports.
Dubai WoodShow, taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre, is expected to see 300 exhibitors from over 55 countries this year, with over 10,000 visitors set to attend.
