Obviously, the armoring and extra features adds extra weight to the G-Class, but we're not talking 100kg or 200kg - it's a whopping 1,000kg! Brabus has modified its chassis by reinforcing the springs, stabilizers and shock absorbers, frame reinforcements, upgrading braking system, wheels with increased load-bearing capacity, and a special run-flat tyre system.

The B40S-800 performance kit for the G63 takes the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 to 789 horsepower and 1,000Nm of torque. It has an electronically limited top speed of 210kph but due to the extra weight it hits 100kph from 0 in 8.2 seconds.
