Lohan received treatment at Betty Ford since late September. She was back in the Los Angeles area — and being followed by photographers — on Tuesday afternoon.
RadarOnline posted a cell phone video of what appeared to be Lohan with her father, Michael, greeting her Freaky Friday co-star Jamie Lee Curtis.
TMZ posted video of Lohan heading to a gym. When asked how it felt to be back in Los Angeles, she said it "feels good" but dodged questions about the investigation, saying "I'm just going to the gym."
