Haifa's resolution

Lebanese singer Haifa Wehbe has announced that she is planning to sell some of her personal belongings for charity. The singer said that although her belongings were dear to her, she would organise an auction in which her clothes and shoes would be sold because she believes there are many poor people who could benefit from the proceeds of the sale.

Meanwhile, the singer started the new year by writing a will, because according to her, no one knows what fate has in store for us. Details of the will, however, remain a secret. Haifa's relatives include her mother, sisters, husband Ahmad Abu Hashima and Zaiba, her only daughter from her previous marriage. She is definitely starting to scare us!

Hind is on the list

Tunisian actress Hind Sabri joined the respected list of UN goodwill ambassadors when she was selected by the World Food Programme as the new representative against hunger. Hind's responsibilities include raising awareness about people going hungry as well as nutrition issues.

Hind has been associated with the food programme since February 2009 and has visited many places, including the Occupied Territories, to see for herself the condition that people live in. Other stars that have joined UN's list include Egyptian actor Mahmoud Yaseen who has been holding the position since 2004 and popstar Nancy Ajram who was selected last year as UNICEF's regional goodwill ambassador.

Nancy's soft fall

Nancy Ajram has denied rumours that she tripped and injured her eye during the filming of a recent interview. The actress' fan club published a story which stated that during the interview held on Zaher Wehbe's TV show Khallik Bilbayt, the singer fell and hurt herself and was given five stitches on her eyelid. Nancy, however, wrote to her fans that the fall didn't cause any injuries or stitches and that she's well. Well that's good news!

May to do it again!

Lebanese artist May Al Hariri doesn't mind getting married for the fourth time. This is what the singer stated during Mazen Diab's radio show Stars Cafe. May says that she loved all three of her husbands, and she believes that love might be on the horizon for her again.
