1. Red pepper: Vegetables, especially red pepper, carry 100 per cent of our daily needs of Vitamin C, as well as large amounts of dietary fibre and Vitamin B6. Also, red peppers have a lot of carotene which helps reduce wrinkles and increase the blood circulation in your face which keeps it looking young and fight acne.

2. Dark Chocolate: Rich in antioxidants, fatty acids and flavanols, it reinforces glowing skin. The antioxidants keep your skin soft and protect it from the harmful sun rays. Also, cocoa provides the arteries with relaxation and a healthy blood circulation is needed for healthy skin.

3. Salmon fish: Salmon is a perfect anti-stress and anti-depressant food; it provides most of our Vitamin D (known to reduce stress) needs. It also helps fight cancer, heart disease and bone illness. It is also rich with Omega-3 acids which fight inflammations, wrinkles and acne.
