Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan wasn’t going to let work get in the way of his weekend. On Friday night, Khan — who’s busy filming his next project Happy New Year in Dubai — was spotted partying hard at the swanky Cavalli Club.
Joining him on the blingtastic dancefloor was his Happy New Year co-star Deepika Padukone. According to clubbers, the hit on-screen couple were dancing it up.
Meanwhile. director Farah Khan and Abhishek Bachchan had planned a relatively sedate way to chill out on Saturday.
If their banter on twitter serves as a clue, then the pair chose to have a quiet dinner at the Japanese restaurant Nobu at Atlantis, The Palm discussing their children.
”2nite U n me dinner at nobu’s n only talking about our babies..,” tweeted Farah Khan on Saturday.
Dubai is currently witnessing an epic Bollywood film shoot with Farah Khan’s directorial venture Happy New Year. Stars such as Shah Rukh, Padukone, Boman Irani, Sara Jane Dias and Sonu Sood have blocked the whole of September for this project that will see them shooting in several local spots including Atlantis, The Palm; Dubai Airport’s Terminal 1 and the expansive Dubai Mall.
