Abu Dhabi: Take a deep breath; British singer Sting is coming to the UAE. The former Police frontman will appear at the du Arena in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, on March 14, Flash Entertainment has announced. The singer and multi-instrumentalist will perform some of his best solo hits and a selection of tracks from his time with the iconic band, Tickets go on sale tomorrow.

- British singer Sting’s tenth album “Symphonicities”, was released in 2010.
Sting will be joined on stage by a five-piece band including his longtime guitarist Dominic Miller, Vinnie Colaiuta (drums), David Sancious (keyboards) Peter Tickell (electric fiddle), and Jo Lawry (vocals), Flash said.
Sting’s tenth album “Symphonicities”, was released in 2010. The album featured him performing classical reinterpretations of some of his hit songs with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra. He last performed at a Hurricane Sandy relief concert in November last year.
