When it comes to stealing a show, nobody does it like Indian superstar Salman Khan. The actor, in town for the Celebrity Cricket League, walked in halfway through the spring-summer showcase of Dubai label Splash on Friday night and caused quite a riot as models had to change their choreographed trot to make way for his posse. Khan, always the humble star, looked slightly embarrassed as his bodyguards stood in the front row, blocking the view for the other attendees. He quickly shooed them off and seemed to be apologising as models showcased the brand’s latest sport-inspired collection.

Khan later walked the ramp along with Splash CEO Raza Beig and the business head of sister brand Iconic, Nisha Jagtiani. But despite him rushing back to his seat, clearly not willing to steal the show, the actor was the centre of attention at the after-party as fans rushed to take pictures with him in the VIP enclosure, which he politely obliged. With a celebrity status like his, there’s really no escaping the limelight it seems.
