Dubai: Global icon Aishwarya Rai Bachchan could be charting plans to be in Dubai next week for a glamorous photoshoot, tabloid! has learnt.
According to an industry insider, the former Miss World is expected to jet into the UAE this Friday along with her daughter Aaradhya and her mother. Rai Bachchan, 39, will begin work on Sunday and the photoshoot is expected to be completed in two days.
This development shouldn’t come as a surprise, since Rai Bachchan has kept herself in the spotlight by endorsing multiple brands ranging from watches to jewellery. When this piece of news trickled in, Rai Bachchan had just finished with her endorsement duty in Malaysia for the swiss watch manufacturer, Longines. She is currently in London and is expected to spend the weekend in Dubai sifting through outfits to wear for her shoot.
On a self-imposed sabbatical since 2011, Rai Bachchan has become the poster-girl for motherhood and has kept herself away from the world of films. But her departure from films hasn’t affected her star power. Even today, thousands turns up to see her in the flesh when inaugurates a new store or talks up a product. She was also appointed as an International Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations to help raise awareness of the battle against HIV infections in children. Watch this space for more.
