I met my love while I was graduating. My college was just opposite his and we were very good friends. After graduation, he left for Dubai and I started working, though we were in touch with each other through regular mails.
One fine day, he proposed to me and I accepted it. We knew each other for five years before marriage, and it's been three years since we were happily married.

It was a beautiful calm morning, when she came to the showroom where I was working. I assumed that she was an interior designer, as she asked me to measure the dimensions of the beige corner unit, displayed in the shop.
We exchanged business cards and then a day after, I called her and we met. A year later, we are still ver much in love and looking forward to enjoy our first Valentine's Day together.

My beautiful wife is my Valentine. We used to work in same office in Dubai. And we always used to have fights and was very competitive. In fact, she hated me. But one incident turned things around and we fell in love and then got married.
As partners are not allowed to work together in banks, my wife sacrificed her job, to be with me. We have been married for one-and-a-half years now and are waiting to celebrate this Valentine's Day together. I love her very much.
Farooq, Dubai
We were classmates since 7th grade. He had a crush on me since then but never expressed it. We again met in college and his past crush blossomed as love. I was not sure about the relationship, but soon I discovered true love in him and proposed to him.
We got married after a tough struggle and I'm proud to be his wife. It's been six years, and I would say it's been the six loveliest and best years of my life.
Priya, Dubai
I met her during the 2004 DSF. She was working as a sales girl in one of the stores at Al Seef night souk. I started visiting the place almost every night just to watch her, from a distance. My friends started talking to her and, from them, I got to know her name and other details.
Thirty nights I watched her from a distance, without saying a word. Next year, 2005 DSF, I went there with my friends just to see her, but unfortunately couldn't find her.
Disappointed but not defeated, I left the place. But the next weekend I saw her there in Al Seef. My friends managed to get her number.
After that, one of my friends started calling her frequently, but I took no initiative, which made her confused. A man who had been yearning for her all this while was not even trying to call her. After 20 long days, she called me.
After meeting, we discovered that we have many things in common. On February 14, 2005, I went down on bended knee and proposed to her with a red rose and she accepted my love.
On February 14, 2006, we got married. We are very happy and have a 4-month-old baby boy. The bottom line is, love knows no borders. We are from two different countries - she is from Pakistan and I am from India.
