Yas Waterworld announces ladies’ nights from April 18

On visitors’ request, Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi is bringing forward its Ladies Night to April 18, nearly a full month earlier than previously announced. From 8pm until midnight every Thursday this month and in May, the park will be open only for female visitors, while in June the timings will be from 9pm to 1am. Men will not be admitted to the Park on the designated nights but boys eight years old and under will be allowed access with their female relatives on production of a valid photo ID or birth certificate as proof of age. Tickets will be for Dh210 for those 1.1m or more in height and Dh170 for those below. The nights will continue until July 4 and restart early August after Ramadan, until the end of September.

Four Seasons adds to 2014 ‘Around The World’ itineraries

After selling out three Around the World by Private Jet tours, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is offering two new 2014 itineraries: Rediscover the Americas from February 24 to March 13 to seven of the most stunning Four Seasons destinations in the Americas: Miami, Nevis, Buenos Aires, Carmelo, Costa Rica, Punta Mita and Beverly Hills; and Around the World, a 23-day itinerary to explore 10 legendary destinations from the idyllic islands of Hawaii, Bora Bora and Bali to the vibrant city streets of Sydney, Mumbai, Istanbul and London starting March 14. Etihad flies nonstop between Abu Dhai and Washington

Etihad Airways has commenced nonstop daily flights between Abu Dhabi and Washington, DC, creating the first direct air link between the two capitals. Flight EY131 departs Abu Dhabi International Airport at 10am each day for the 15 hour journey to Washington Dulles International Airport and EY 130 departs 10.15pm from Washington. Laguna Phuket’s summer family festival

Kids stay, play and eat for free at Laguna Phuket resort from mid-May onwards when the resort’s six-month Summer Family Festival starts.
