Unwelcome charges

I have an issue with etisalat and after many complaints and follow ups, the problem still persists. I had an iPhone package contract, which expired in January 2015. My monthly payment was Dh449, charged for three consecutive months at around Dh1,500. Before the expiry of the contract, a customer service representative called me and confirmed that the package I had, would not be renewed after expiration. And so, we agreed to use the Dh50 package. I was surprised later that they were still charging me for the amount (for three months). I raised a complaint and was following up, but no one took any action. Then, they disconnected my number [service], as I didn’t pay my bill, and I will not pay until they update my bill. I am not willing to pay for something I didn’t request for.
