Hidden charges?

I have an issue with Emirates Islamic Bank (EIB). I received a loan from EIB and then did a top up on the loan I already had. While offering the top up, they committed to an amount of Dh27,000 extra, but when the loan was credited, only Dh21,000 came into my account.

When I asked for a clarification on the same, they didn’t respond. Then, they stopped replying to my emails or calls. The first instalment for the loan was also deducted.

They start by saying we will have minimal interest in loans, but is this is how they charge their customers — Dh6,000 as hidden charges?
