Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Monday sent cables of condolences to Patsy Reddy, Governor-General of New Zealand, in which he expressed his heartfelt condolences for the victims of the earthquake that hit the country.
Shaikh Khalifa also expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and the people of New Zealand, and wished a speedy recovery for the injured.
Similar cables were sent by His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
