Abu Dhabi: The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) of the UAE has signed an Open Skies agreement with the governments of Antigua and Barbuda, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, according to a press statement.

The agreement will allow full flexibility on the routes, capacity, number of frequencies and types of aircraft, in any type of service (passenger or cargo).

The GCAA also signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority in Antigua and Barbuda to provide training and internships.
