Dubai Organisers of the fourth edition of GFC have unveiled the four fighters who will line up for the next edition of the popular series in May in Dubai.

Prince Amir Shafipour, organiser and promoter, GFC Series told a near-packed Dubai Tennis Stadium on Friday night that some of the top fighters including James ‘Sledgehammer’ McSweeney of the United Kingdom, Catalin Morosanu from Romania, Cyril Bonye of France and Ivan ‘The Great’ Pavleh of Slovakia are among the fighters who have signed deals with GFC for next month’s fight night. No further details were made available.

However, Shafipour did call former GFC champion Badr Hari on stage and lined him up against Morosanu for the next bout in May. “We are still working out the details to ensure residents of the UAE get the best fighters from across the world. It is difficult to coordinate and bring in the best heavyweights from around the globe. But if there is support from the spectators and fans here I can make everything possible,” Shafipour said.

“If not, I would be forced to take the final of this series out of the UAE,” he added.
