Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre on Monday says she wants to work with female directors.
“We have some wonderful female directors. I really admire Farah Khan, Zoya Akhtar and Gauri Shinde. It would be wonderful to work with them,” she said.
The 41-year-old also said she would like to direct a film in the future, adding that “though I have been saying that I am not working much... I just realised since the last two years I have been working continuously.”
“I worked in the fiction show Ajeeb Dastaan Hain Yeh then I did Dramebaaz, Mission Sapne... right now I want to take a break and I need to gather myself,” she said.
Besides acting, Bendre has also turned an author and written a parenting book titled The Modern Gurukul.
