Dubai: The last two days of Gitex Shopper will stay open till midnight.
Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), which organises the event, has announced it will keep the show open until midnight on Friday (October 3) and Saturday (October 4) in anticipation of the record numbers of visitors expected to descend on Gitex Shopper during the Eid holiday weekend, and in response to strong demand from exhibitors.
The Middle East’s largest consumer electronics and IT show will now run from 11am until midnight on Friday 3 and Saturday 4 October, offering shoppers 13 hours each day to take advantage of the numerous promotions and incredible offers available from big name brands and retailers.
Extended Metro timings will also be in place to add to the convenience of shoppers.
Gitex Shopper 2014 runs until 4 October and is open from 11am every day.
Entry tickets cost Dh30 and are available at the venue and from selected Emarat outlets. Entry is free for children below the age of five.
