Sharjah: His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, issued on Thursday) an Emiri Decree amending Emiri Decree No 12 of 2010 on the establishment of the Sharjah Health Authority.
Emiri Decree No 33 of 2016 stipulates in its first article the introduction of two items in the text of Article No 8 of the above-mentioned decree, which reads as follows: Setting up temporary or permanent medical committees that are required by the emirate or are needed for regulating the authority’s work, and specifying these committees’ objectives and duties, which can also be done by the Ruler or Council.
