Shaikh Hamdan emphasised that His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, is keen on providing all forms of support for academic development for Dubai Police, so that they can continue to be the vigilant and capable eyes that ensure the safety and stability of the community.
